Shipping charges are a flat rate of $15 for all orders. Orders are shipped with Canada Post as expedited parcels or in prepaid shipping boxes. Both options provide tracking numbers and require 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery is usually quicker than that if you are in the Maritime Provinces. If you want to guarantee faster delivery you can get in touch with me regarding courier service fees. The flat rate will not apply to your order. Shipping is available to destinations in Canada and Continental USA. The studio is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia CANADA Local orders can be available for pick at the studio. Choose Studio Pick Up at the check out.

It is important that you are delighted with your purchase so please contact us via email within 5 business days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange any items. Any refunds for returned items will be issued when the item arrives back to us and is determined to be in the original condition. Refunds can only be issued for the cost of the items returned and not for the shipping fees.

My felting is sturdy and I make ever effort to ensure that items are made to last for many years of enjoyment. However, they are not intended as toys for regular play.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
